“ Went here growing up as a kid. I still love it to this day. So many good healthy options for vegans and gluten free meals for all. The food and drink is delicious and I love how everyone ends up feeling included at this location. The atmosphere is great and the patio is excellent. Really great place and honestly my favorite restaurant in the Boise area. I recommend going here if you are gluten free or even if you just want a good meal. I promise you won't be disappointed! ”

Their Salmon Ciabatta Sandwich was also very tasty. The sandwich had a generous portion of nicely cooked salmon that was perfectly seasoned. I chose a side of fries that were also delicious. Anthony recommended the Guinness Chocolate Cake for dessert. The cake was not overly sweet and was served with vanilla ice cream. I couldn't have asked for better service. Anthony took great care of me - he checked back with me to ensure I was enjoying everything. Kudos to the Oak Barrel of Eagle for a great experience! ”
“ Service Dog Friendly, very great atmosphere with pleasant blues type music. I was seated right away and the service was excellent. Captain’s rum with a view drink tasted great. I also ordered the Shrimp Linguini Scampi: Spanish Style Scampi with Green Onions and Crushed Red Pepper and it was the best I have ever tasted. Then to finish off got the chocolate cake. Highly recommend this place! ”
